This eco-friendly flatpack modular unit belongs to YAGO’s core Prefabricated Building series, built with galvanized light steel frame and fire-resistant PU sandwich panels. Pre-equipped with complete doors, windows, flooring and standard electrical system, it only needs simple splicing to put into use. The foldable flatpack design cuts shipping expenses drastically, and multiple Prefabricated Building units can be freely combined or stacked into two layers to form construction offices, staff dorm camps and mining site living zones, with stable fireproof, waterproof and thermal insulation performance.
Our Fireproof Waterproof Prefabricated Building Eco Friendly Flatpack is fully manufactured in YAGO’s 75,000 m² automated factory and meets international construction safety standards. The whole Prefabricated Building adopts heavy-duty galvanized steel frame with galvanized coating ≥80g/m² plus automatic powder coating treatment, effectively anti-rust and long service life. Wall, roof and partition adopt 75mm fireproof PU sandwich panels, bringing outstanding heat preservation, sound insulation and waterproof effects for this Prefabricated Building.
As an eco-friendly flatpack Prefabricated Building, every unit is fully finished before shipment. It is equipped with reinforced insulated steel security door, double-glazed PVC windows with mosquito net and anti-theft bar, 18mm fiber cement floor covered with wear-resistant vinyl leather. Complete embedded electrical circuits are pre-installed inside the Prefabricated Building, including lighting sockets, air conditioning lines and leakage protection distribution box. Clients just connect power supply after assembly to finish deployment.
